We are helping to build a new play space and sports court at MLK Jr. Elementary in partnership with Eat Learn Play and Kaboom and need your help! No prior experience necessary and work is available for all levels of skills and ability. Sample activities include assembling play equipment, mixing concrete, painting murals, and moving mulch.  Must be age 18+ to participate.

Build week will run for 3 days:

• Wednesday September 3, 8:30am - 4pm (15 volunteers needed)

• Thursday September 4, 8:30am-4pm (15 volunteers needed)

• Friday September 5, 8:30am-3pm (75 volunteers needed)

Lunch, snacks, bottled water and a T-shirt will be provided for all volunteers. Gloves and other safety materials will be provided for the projects that require them. This project will happen rain or shine so come dressed for the weather.
